I usually post Second Class with Royal Mail and aim to dispatch the first working day after the order is placed at the latest. I will contact you if it is to be any different.
Where possible, I use recycled packaging both to keep P and P costs down and for environmental reasons.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Full description
Featuring two happy gambolling sheep, this textile card is made using layering of fabrics and free motion embroidery - drawing with the sewing machine needle. The colours of the card are inspired by Scotland.
The embroidered panel is stitched onto a torn paper border, then applied onto a Kraft card which comes with a matching envelope.
I always use good quality cards and matching envelopes and am mindful of the environment when packaging for postage. At checkout, please select whether or not you require a cello wrapper.
The card is C6, measuring 10.5 cm x 15cm. It would be suitable for a variety of occasions and is left blank for your own message.
