Many of us remember Ladybird books from our childhood and the illusstrations often evoke strong memories of the past.
The photos show two lengths of bunting made from the same book - this length is hanging at the bottom.
Would make a great addition to a vintage display.

Full description
A length of paper bunting made from pages of a vintage Ladybird book - 'British Wild Flowers', an information book. The illustrations are beautiful and show flowers in the landscape where they would be found and descriptions of each are on the reverse.
There are 12 flags (whole page) measuring 11cm x 17cm, hung 2cm apart with 30cm of binding each end for tying. The total length of the bunting is 220cm.
The flags are edged in dark green machine stitching which gives some strength to the paper, and I have used a matching dark green cotton binding. This green gives an emphasis to the colours of the illustrations.
