Full description
This gothic rose dagger with a skeleton hand and a red garnet stone is inspired by traditional tattoo designs and stands for duality.
The dagger reminds us of the pain, darkness, strength, violence and aggression. Being a very ancient tool, used by humans for thousands of years and often symbolised as a weapon of gods it is also a cultural reference to power.
The rose symbolises the lighter side of life. Love, romance, joy and beauty
Together they may also speak of heartbreak a d betrayal.
The skeleton hand is a reminder for how short and precious life is. Death giving our lives meaning and urgency of action.
Ultimately this pendant reminds us of the dark and light, the grieve and joy, the strength and softness, the love and the hate - kept in check and in balance by our mortality.
I made the pendant with fine silver clay, it has antiqued finish and comes on a 18inch(45cm) long Figaro chain with a matching antique finish.
The pendant is about 7cm long. The high quality garnet gemstone is 6mm big.
This is a unique handcrafted pendant made by me.
I will ship it tracked and signed, delivery is included in the price.
