Full description
This is a stained glass suncatcher made using the Tiffany copper foil technique. It is entirely hand crafted, unique and very special.
This is one of my range of smaller, 8cm, Love Heart suncatchers.
I have named it Diamond because of the diamond pattern within the heart which is cut from iridised diamond cut glass.
The rest of the heart is made from two types and textures of rich red glass.
It is 8cm high and hangs from a silvery chain which is securely attached to the top of the heart. Below the heart i have suspended a tear drop crustal on a little silvery chain.
It looks lovely hanging in the window where the different textures and colours of glass give it movement and sparkle as it catches the light.
This item is absolutely unique. I never make two pieces exactly the same, I always use slightly different colours and textures of glass.
