Inspired by the Ukrainian decorated eggs - pysanky, and imagining someone that is so proudly Ukrainian that these traditional patterns even show on their bones.

Full description
This original painting features a skull decorated with red and burgundy patterns, in the same style as is used on pysanky - traditional Ukrainian decorated eggs. The skull is painted against a plain grey background.
"Ukrainian to the Bone" is an original painting by Kim Onyskiw, painted in acrylics. The canvas is 20cm square with 4.5cm deep edges (7.9" square with 1.7" edges) The grey background colour carries on over the edges of the canvas so there is no need for framing, and the canvas has a string on the back so it is ready for hanging.
The painting will be packaged with cardboard and bubblewrap to prevent any damage during shipping, and sent tracked and signed.
