Fabric is my 'thing' and I am always being given old pieces, curtains, unwanted scraps or clothing. Over time I had gathered a small collection of vintage towels in wonderful colours and stripes. They looked so good together I decided to patchwork them into simple squares - both sides could be used to create even more variety in colour and pattern balance.
We all have a responsibility to reuse and recycle where possible. I have given new life to these old towels and love the resulting bags. They would make a great addition to a summer beach holiday.
