You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Would you like to give a gift of a piece of White Tree jewellery, but don't know what to choose? Then a White Tree gift voucher could be the answer!
Gift vouchers can be used to pay or part pay for any White Tree Crafts product.
Each gift voucher is valid for one year from the purchase date.
My Gift Vouchers are available for £15, £20, £25 and £30, please choose from the drop-down options menu (orange button). If you require another amount, please get in touch, and I will add it to the list.
Vouchers are attached to an attractive A6 card, with matching envelope, which can be posted to you or direct to the recipient (just type the instructions in the "Note to seller" box). Inside will be the voucher amount, issue date and voucher code. There will also be instructions on how to redeem the voucher.
Postage is free of charge to UK addresses.
