Full description
This is the Male Smooth-gastered Furrow Bee or Lasioglossum parvulum.
He is made of needlefelted wool and stitched vintage thread and is built into this really beautiful antique rouge pot. He was made for the fourth FIFTY BEES and he’s five times actual size of the real bee.
I do have other bees left from the four exhibitions. Much of these have been shared via the FIFTY BEES Instagram page.
