My granny had one of these, and I was told that when one of her sons needed a suit for his first job interview (this was a very long tome ago) she made one for him on her sewing machine! Clever lady. I have always loved the shape and cosy feeling these old machines conjour up.

Full description
A unique hand-stitched miniature applique of old Singer sewing machine, with embroidered details including the Singer name. There is a lot of fine stitchwork in this miniature embroidery, definitely a card to keep!
This machine has become iconic, representing a love of sewing from the past to the present, and as such makes the perfect card/gift for a sewing lady or gentleman! Would be lovely framed too!
My cards measure 12 x 9 cm (3.5” x 5”) and come with toning recycled paper envelopes in protective compostable (cornstarch) sleeves - no plastic! Each card is signed on the front and my studio stamp is on the back. Cards are made from stout 100% recycled card - blank inside.
I always post promptly first class, and your card will be wrapped carefully and sent in good packaging to protect corners of card from damage on its way to you. Additional cards only 20p postage per item.
