Due to family commitments, Plum Porridge will be closed for the whole of December this year, which means that the last day I am able to accept orders in 2024 will be FRIDAY 29TH NOVEMBER.
The pretty fabric I have used for the lining has been in my stash a while, but I don't often find a use for it. Then I came across this plain green which picks up the greens in it perfectly, and I thought it would be nice to make a feature of the cute little bird.

Full description
This make up bag has been made using a green furnishing weight cotton which has a soft feel. This outer fabric has been backed with fusible fleece to give it extra body and a quality feel. Inside is lined with a cotton print by Cath Kidston featuring flowers and birds. I have appliquéd a heart on one side, showing the sweet little bird from the lining fabric.
It has a dark green zip across the top, finished with a fabric tab. There is a tab at the side with a metal ring, ready to attach a bag charm, keys or other accessories.
I have boxed the base so that it stands up on it's own, and it is about 12cm tall. Measures about 21cm across the top and 13cm across the base.
I use second class post in order to keep postage as low as possible and will usually post the same or next day as your order. Your item will be wrapped in new tissue paper while the outer packaging may be recycled. I am happy to combine postage whenever possible, so please take a look at my other items.
