All my initial jewellery boxes were made from lighter woods, predominately oak. To provide variation I experimented with walnut and was well pleased with the result - a box which was not only beautiful to look at, but also wonerfully tactile. Encouraged, I produced an initial set of boxes which proved very popular.

Full description
A beautiful jewellery - trinket box, a smaller version in the shape of a diamond, made from solid walnut. The simple but stylish design looks fantastic on any dressing table. The box exterior is finished in multiple coats of drying oil producing a luxurious, tactile, light gloss finish which allows the inherent beauty of the grain pattern to show through. The box internals are finished with soft red flocking.
