Full description
A copper snake guarding his precious ruby. Made from copper plate cut to shape with a copper wire snake soldered in place encircling a ruby red glass nugget and soldered to a textured copper band. Oxidised to give an antique patina and sealed with a silicon wax polish.
I use repurposed copper plate and old electrical wires as I love to give it new lease of life and turn something that was so practical into something beautiful
Size is approx. T but it can be altered to a larger size if required and the band measures 1.2cm
