Full description
Chopping board, resin art, food board, charcuterie board, cheese block. This wood and resin board is a commission piece. This board is made using quality Elm burr/burl and combining resin.
We have cut, shaped and worked this piece all by hand. No machines have been used. We pride ourselves in bespoke, freehand woodworking and combine this with a modern W3ird twist! This board can be used for presenting food, a wedding cake or a celebration board. Cheese and meats, drinks or even wall art!
The sizes of each piece will vary and depend on wood and style. All work is carried out by hand so variations will appear. We use as much of the natural character of the wood as we can and believe in maintaining the natural rustic grains and knots as much as possible.
This piece has been hand sanded to give a silky smooth finish. We have finished this piece with food safe oil, this keeps the wood fed, and gives some protection to the piece.
You can care for this piece by gently wiping with a soft soapy cloth after use. Please dont soak this piece or put it in a dishwasher. Simply oiling this piece by rubbing a good quality olive oil onto it after each use will keep your wood fed and looking its best.

Please note these hearts are cut by hand. We freehand the design and are very happy to make each one slightly different. We believe this is all part of the charm and individuality of each bespoke piece.
