I love to use colour combinations in my weaving to produce original pieces of hand woven items, blending many different yarns to give texture and depth of colour. I make styles that are practical and fun. The simple charm of my hand woven scarves it that each one is unique so extra special to wear.

Saori Artisan Weaving, A Lightweight Easy Wear Scarf.
A joyful unique hand woven accessory in cotton and wool mixes with my own handspun and hand dyed yarns in soft multi colours.
Slow cloth- made with time, care and mindfulness.
My inspiration for these pieces was the magic and mystery of Rock Pools. The many colours and creatures you find at low tide tucked away in these little pools of wonder. Do visit my blog post of February 2021 for how this item was woven.
Weaving this scarf free style using lots of different colours and textures of yarn produces a "one of a kind" piece of clothing. Great for any occasion. Keeps you snug in the chill of the evenings as well as looking great in the sunny days. Dress up or dress down, always a "go to" fashion accessory.
I have woven many colours found in the rock pools here on the Isle of Wight. Nature's colours to accent, contrast and to compliment. Hues of soft blues, purples, pinks and orange along with teal and seaweed greens a wonderful happy mix.
I have added texture and design using close weave and open weave techniques and to make this item totally unique I have handwoven in some slubs of hand spun yarn, some of which I have naturally hand dyed!
