I have a fusing kiln, I have glass, I have an addiction to making beautiful glass pieces.
I make this patchwork design heart as a tiffany stained glass version (for sale as separate listing). I was admiring the one I made the other day after preparing all the shaped pieces for copper foiling and thought it would look good as a fused heart as well. Hope you think so.

Introducing my Joysofglass Fused Glass collection. All handcut by me, decorated and then fused in my kiln.
Using my stained glass patchwork heart pattern, I cut out a 16 piece heart from fusing glass in a mix of rainbow colours. I added these on top of a heart cut from clear glass and then added a chip of lovely dichroic glass to each patchwork piece to make it more luxurious.
Then into the kiln where it was fused all together to very high temperatures before adding to a white box frame so it can be displayed on the wall or free standing..
Made from Bullseye glass, handcut, shaped, layered and decorated with a unique design.
The fused heart measures 13cm x 10cm and is fitted at the back of a box frame with a 13.5 aperture, 15cm square frame, 3.5cm deep.
The frame can hang from a hook from the wall or will freestand to a certain degree (it needs to lean against a support).
There is no glass in the front of the frame as the reflections would absolutely detract from the loveliness of the shiny glass heart at the back.
