Beach glass is rarely as round as this piece. Glass tends to break in straight lines, but old bottles can break in curves because of their shape. The bottom of the bottle can produce a circular piece of beach glass after being in the sea for a long time. This lovely little piece of tumbled beach glass looks wonderful behind a tiny sterling silver flower charm. Pendants of this colour look great against all colours of background. All the metal in this pendant is sterling silver.
The pendant is 2 cm high, 1.8 cm wide and 5 mm thick. It comes on a 50 cm (approx. 20 inches) very fine silver plate trace chain. If you would prefer a different length chain please let us know the length you would like.
Our jewellery is individually hand made in Chudleigh, Devon. We collect our materials ourselves, mainly from local beaches. Each piece of glass is unique, so each piece of jewellery is unique. We only use materials which have rounded edges, which is why we tumble pieces which have rough edges in sand (this continues the process begun by the waves) until they are smooth.
The pendant will be delivered by first class mail. We usually post items within one working day of receiving payment.
