Full description
This listing is for me to make a wooden brooch of your cat decorated using pyrography (wood burning).
All I would need is a good photo of the cat's face and I can then draw with pyrography and watercolour pencils to make a likeness.
The ginger cat brooch pictured is one I did as a gift for a friend of her cat Vinnie. (She loved it!) The tabby cat is another gift for a friend of her cat Georgie, but is yet to receive it - hope she likes it!
The brooch will be finished with 2 coats of Danish oil, which protects the wood without making it too shiny or discoloured.
Dimensions:
Approx 8cm (3in) wide x 8cm (3in) deep
The wood will naturally age over time, but as with most wooden jewellery it is best to try and keep it dry and in a dark, cool place when not being worn.
