Full description
Every piece of beach glass is different, but because most of it comes from old bottles there are shapes we find again. We have brought together a number of drop shaped pieces to make this pretty necklace, with an especially good one in the centre. We have tumbled the glass until it is rounded and smooth, and the fine frosting catches the light wonderfully. A plain necklace of this kind looks lovely against all colours of background.
The necklace is based on a fine silver plated trace chain and is 50 cm long (approx. 19 inches). The longest piece of glass is 2.5 cm long. If you would prefer a shorter or longer necklace please let us know the length you would like.
We can often make similar or matching items such as earrings, so please contact us by email if you are interested in what we can offer.
Our jewellery is individually hand made in Chudleigh, Devon. We collect our materials ourselves, mainly from local beaches. Each piece of glass is unique, so each necklace is unique. We only use materials which have rounded edges, which is why we tumble pieces which have rough edges (this continues the process begun by the waves) until they are smooth.
The necklace will be delivered by first class mail. We usually post items within one working day of receiving payment.
