Full description
We collect tiny pieces of beach glass of unusual colours, and bring them together in our mosaic pendants. This one is a collection of tiny shards including a beautiful bright aquamarine one. The shards create a 1930s sunburst effect. Such shards are very rare and this is the only pendant we have been able to make of this kind so far. We have tumbled the glass so it is smooth and finely frosted. The back of the pendant is coloured wood.
The pendant is 3 cm across and 7 mm thick. It comes on a 45 cm (approx. 18 inches) cord with chain extender. If you would prefer a different colour cord please choose from the last photo and let us know which colour you would like (subject to availability).
Our jewellery is individually hand made in Chudleigh, Devon. We collect our materials ourselves, mainly from local beaches. Each piece of glass is unique, so each piece of jewellery is unique. We only use materials which have rounded edges, which is why we tumble pieces which have rough edges in sand (this continues the process begun by the waves) until they are smooth.
The pendant will be delivered by first class mail. We usually post items within one working day of receiving payment.
