You know how bees are small, right? Well, these bees are not just tiny, they are minuscule. In reality, these bees are about 4mm long - would you be able to recognise them as bees if you saw them in the flesh.
For this bee, the choice of container was very, very obvious, the tiniest wooden turned pot.

This is Andrena Minutuloides or Plain Mini-miner not to be confused with Mini Minors which are a whole different ball game.
Made with wool, vintage gold leaf and thread and a tiny turned wooden vintage lined-pot
I do have other bees left from the four exhibitions. Much of these have been shared via the FIFTY BEES Instagram page.
