UNIQUE: Handmade 'Sailing' Picture.

FUN & COLOURFUL
'Sailing' is made completely from glass which has been fused in my kiln. There is no enamel, glass paint or any other materials used, this picture is 100% pure bullseye fusing glass!
'Sailing' started as a sheet of wispy blue bullseye glass. I then added the details by using a combination of coloured glass, frit glass and glass powder. To give it a little touch of sparkle I then added tiny bits of metallic dichroic glass onto the foreground.
The final stage of creating my glass picture was the firing. 'Beach' was placed in my kiln and fired over night. To successfully fuse all the elements of this picture it was fired to 1400 F.
Frame: 17.5 cm square x 3 cm depth.
Picture: 10cm square x 6mm thickness (100% glass).
The picture frame has fittings to allow it to be displayed on a shelf or hung on the wall.
