The surface texture is inspired by fish scales. Modelling tools are used to carve into the surface which gives a very tactile finish and 'fish scale' effect.
It is part glazed to give a contrast between the shiny glaze surface and the matt fired clay.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Set of 2 stoneware vases and 1 small bowl.
Slab built vases in a dark brown stoneware clay with a grey/brown glaze.
Small coiled bowl with a hand-carved texture finished with a grey/brown glaze and white interior.
Sizes:
Large vase: 23cm high
Medium vase: 15cm high
Small bowl: approx. 8cm diameter
Finished with the Bird Box Pottery makers mark.
