I just love rowan trees, they are so pretty with the red berries contrasting on the leaves!

Full description
Free form handmade ceramic dish with green rowan leaves and red berries, beautiful and versatile: use it as a tapas dish, jewellery holder, salad bowl or purely as an ornament on a coffee table or dresser. Food safe. The darker areas are due to a dark streak in the clay.
Approx size: 19 cm 7.6" diameter. 3cm 1.2" depth
Process:
I pressed real rowan leaves into a slab of clay, stamped the word 'rowan' then shaped the slab into a bowl. Kiln-fired to1200°C.
