Hello and welcome to DArTworld, my world of colour, reality and imagination in cards and prints. The subjects vary from the ancient and classical world right up to date but the thing that they have in common is the use of vibrant colour and the visual twist that I like to give my images. I hope you will love them.
Please also visit my second shop called Beaded Beasties, mixed media box frames of beaded dragonflies and other creatures/themes.
The original image lends itself to many transformations. This is just one of them.

Full description
I titled this image 'Belus' after the Greek god and mythological King of Africa. He was a twin son of Poseidon and Libya.
The image was actually created from one of my photographs of an ancient Greek statue to which I applied various digital processes. The result is this vibrant portrait in turquoise blue and a rich plum colour. The blue seems a fitting nod to Poseidon as God of the Seas.
The A5 print is on 300 gsm premium paper with a matte finish. A5 size is 210 x 148 mm (8 1/4 x 5 7/8 ins). There is a border of approx. 12 mm.
Please remember that different devices may display colours differently. The print colours are most closely represented in the first image.
