Full description
We make glass rings for pendants out of the ends of old broken bottles we find on the beach. We cut off the rest of the bottle neck and tumble the ring in sand until it is perfectly rounded and smooth. A beautiful black striped heart hangs in the frosty ring to finish this lovely piece.
The pendant is 4.5 cm high, 3 cm wide and 4 mm thick. It comes on a 50 cm (approx. 20 inches) fine sterling silver trace chain. If you would prefer a different length chain please let us know the length you would like.
Our jewellery is made in Chudleigh, Devon, using materials we collect ourselves from local beaches. Each piece of glass is unique, so each piece of jewellery is unique. We only use materials which have rounded edges, which is why we tumble pieces which have rough edges in sand (this continues the process begun by the waves) until they are smooth.
The pendant will be delivered by first class mail. We usually post items within one working day of receiving payment.
