Thank you for visiting my Folksy shop. I hope that you like my stained glass and greetings cards. I'm happy to make custom items so if you would like me to make something special for you please get in touch.
Owing to the recent increases in Royal Mail postage costs I am now charging a small amount for postage when you order a greetings card. I hate having to do this, but as a very small business I cannot afford to sell my cards at a loss!
This wreath was the result of an inivitaition to appear on a Channel 4 TV programme where I competed against three other makers, all making Christmas wreaths. I've made leaf sprays before but this was the first time that I had attempted such a complex and large piece. I was very pleased with the result and decided that it should not be a one-off.

There was so little time to make large glass items in the run up to Christmas that I decidedi to take orders for delivery in January 2021. If you have any concerns about placing an order for delivery in mid to late January, please do contact me for reassurance.
This is a very special stained glass wreath, designed to be a heirloom piece to be handed down from generation to generation for display at Christmas.
The wreath is made using the copper foiling stained glass technique, which produces strong silver-grey joints between the brightly coloured red and green glass pieces, Extra decoration is provided with beads and glass 'jewels'. The wreath is about 36cm in diameter and has two wire hanging loops at the top.
Please only use the wreath indoors to avoid damage. It will look good hung in front of a window or against a light coloured surface.
There will be slight variations in textures and shades of glass used, depending on what I have in my studio. However the overall effect will be very simliar to that shown in the images.
The price does not include a wooden stand.
Delivery for this item is shown as 21 days. This is the maximum that can be shown on the Folksy system. Delivery will actually be sometime in January 2021. I will communicate with customers via email to let you know when to expect delivery of your wreath.
