Owing to the recent increases in Royal Mail postage costs I am now charging a small amount for postage when you order a greetings card. I hate having to do this, but as a very small business I cannot afford to sell my cards at a loss!
This wreath was the result of an invitation to appear on a Channel 4 TV programme where I competed against three other makers, all making Christmas wreaths. I've made leaf sprays before but this was the first time that I had attempted such a complex and large piece. I was very pleased with the result and decided that it should not be a one-off.

Full description
This very special stained glass wreath is designed to be a heirloom piece to be handed down from generation to generation for display at Christmas. It was designed for a TV competition.
The wreath is made using the copper foiling stained glass technique, which produces silver-grey joints between the brightly coloured red and green glass pieces, Extra decoration is provided with beads and glass 'jewels'. The wreath is about 36cm in diameter and has two wire hanging loops at the top.
Indoor use only, to avoid damage. The wreath looks good hung in front of a window or against a light coloured surface.
There will be slight variations in textures and shades of glass used, depending on what I have in my studio. However the overall effect will be very simliar to that shown in the images. The joints will dull from shiny to matt over time.
The price does not include a wooden stand.
