The pattern is from a book of baby patterns. From one basic pattern for the shoes there were three variations all giving a different style.

Full description
These pretty baby shoes are hand knitted in a synthetic baby yarn.
They are white with a pink trim and fasten with a pink and white flower button.
The pattern size is for a 0-6 month old and they measure 9cm along the sole.
The yarn is 55% nylon and 45% acrylic and can be machine washed at 40 degrees.
