Candle holders are relatively simple to make - except these, as the wood is extremely hard and very difficult to cut! Ustilising simple designs maximises the inherent qualities of the timber. As its name suggests the wood is almost naturally black in colour with undertones of very dark brown. As the wood is so hard it finishes beautifully to deep gloss sheen.

Full description
Set of two african blackwood candle holders each mounted on four felt pads. Blackwood is native of East Africa, a very durable timber and extremely hard and dense. Each candle holder is 80 mm x 80 mm square at the base tapering to 50 mm x 50mm with overall height 100mm. High gloss finish.
