I couldn't resist painting this quaint little church near the village of Dengie

The 14th Century church of St James is the Parish Church of Dengie Village, after which the Dengie Peninsular is named. Strange that it is the smallest village on the Dengie. The church was fully renovated around 1850 and is now a really lovely building. Set back from the road it has a good area of greenery to give it an elevated appearance.
This is an original watercolour on acid free paper. The paper measures 11.5 x 9 inches but the actual painting would fit snugly into a standard, made to measure 8 x 10 inch frame or even better, an 8 x 10 inch mount that will fit in a 10 x 12 frame. Paintings always look better mounted and then framed.
They will be sent out in a cello bag and stiff card using first class signed for post. I use recycled or recyclable packaging.
