Full description
These stunning earrings feature 6mm round Onyx beads, which I have wrapped with copper wire using a herringbone weave. I've adapted the traditional weave, elongating it to create long dangle earrings. The Onyx beads are plain black - a classic combination with copper. These fab earrings would be perfect for any occasion!
I've made the hooks from niobium wire - an unalloyed metal which is great for those with a metal sensitivity.
The earrings measure just over 2.5cm long (3.5cm including hook) & approx 6mm at the widest point. They will be posted out first class, in a 100% recycled (& reusable!) gift box, within a recycled polythene bag.
Please note that I have used a relatively fine wire to make these earrings to create a delicate design. Please take care to store them carefully when not being worn (i.e. not loose in a bag or pocket), to prevent them getting bent out of shape :)
