Full description
A wonderful hot water bottle cover hand knitted in soft muted colours. The front of the cover is knitted in soft blue narrow stripes using duck egg blue and slate blue coloured yarns with a blue melange lace daisy stitch panel edged with a duck egg blue tuck row top and bottom, sewn securely on the panel is a matching slate blue rose flower. The bottom edge of the cover is knitted in a rib using petrol blue coloured yarn so the cover fits nicely around the bottle. The neck is also hand knitted in rib using slate blue coloured yarn. The back of the hottie is knitted in matching narrow stripes in duck egg blue and petrol blue. The traditional envelope opening is edged in a hand knitted picot edging using the petrol blue yarn.
