Welcome to my shop.
I am so pleased to have it open again. I'm enjoying adding new listings for past creations, which I didn't get a chance to add first time around. Wanting to ensure I have everything currently created for sale in the shop, before I resume creating again in full. It also gives me chance to do a full stock take and have a clearance sale!

These earrings were a follow-on from the copper and silver bracelet that I made.
I thought I would make things a whole lot harder for myself, bearing in mind the two very different firing schedules for silver and copper, and having fired one, how to fire it into the other.
Well I managed it and was really pleased, and then the lovely Assay office went and put the hallmark on the front! Never mind, it could be that I didn't specify, and to be fair the earrings could be reversible.
All you would need to do is remove the disc from the earwire, turn it around and put it back on. You twist the loop of the earwire to open and close it, thereby maintaining its loop shape, as opposed to opening out the loop to make a gap, which would distort the loop and make it difficult to reclaim the shape and close the loop properly.

Handcrafted Copper disc framed within a fine silver surround with decoration on front and reverse, On Sterling Silver Earwires. Hallmarked on the front.
Drop from top of earwire 4cm, width 2.5cm.

Delivery by Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm - it will need to be signed for.
FREE P&P for this to UK only.
NB: If left exposed, copper will develop a patina of its own, which can enhance its appearance, making it truly unique. To reduce this affect, keep in box when not being worn and polish with a soft cloth periodically.
