Full description
Hand thrown porcelain mug with three penny farthing images. Made individually on the potter's wheel, then a week later I attach a handle. After drying it is fired, then glazed and fired again at 1,240 degrees centigrade. The third firing at 800 degrees centigrade is to attach the transfers, which are made specifically for me sourced from Victorian images. The mug measures approximately 7cm high by 6.5cm diameter. It holds about 130ml. It is microwave / oven / dishwasher proof. Three penny farthings run around the base of the mug.
