I love bees - i can spend ages watching them in the garden and i have rescued a few by feeding them sugary water - so this is a homage to the bee (well i have made a few )!

Full description
This is a large matchbox ( 9x7cms ) diorama with a wool felt embroidered flower with a felt and embroidery bee .The background fabric is cotton which has been stitched and trimmed with sequins and likewise the box lid has been stitched ,trimmed with blue sequins ,tiny seed beads metal sequins and mother of pearl buttons..
