Welcome to my Folksy shop.
My great passion is nature in all her forms . I try through my artwork to give a feeling of the beauty and mystery of landscapes animal and birds .
Using natural products is important , so wool ,wood ,silk ,cotton and linen are my main supplies .
I live in York , so am surrounded by the beautiful landscape and coastline of the Yorkshire Dales and Moors .
I have pieces at sale price , these are items from older collections , but still beautiful!

Christmas posting dates .
Last day of posting Friday 13th December to allow for delivery before Christmas. Will send all orders first class signed for up to that date.
I will post after that date but not sure when it would arrive during the run up to Christmas.
I love barn owls, and have sold various sizes, but these smaller ones are my favourites. Each one has a different character. This one is perched on a grassy mound with fungi , I just loved the colour combination, whether or not owls are seen in this situation!!

Wool felted owl on felted base with felted fungi.Standing 20cm base to head,13cm from front of base to over hanging tail.
He has covered wire legs and is attached to base by wire frame.
Bead eyes.
