For UK orders, Royal Mail Tracked 24 shipping is included at no extra charge.
For orders to USA, orders are shipped Royal Mail International Tracked for a flat rate of £8. Delivery to the USA typically takes around 2-3 weeks. However it can sometimes take a little longer, especially at busy times of year.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Full description
This one-of-a-kind pair of earrings feature ceramic charms which have been handmade by bead artist Mariola Glowicka. The arrow shaped charms have been beautifully glazed in vibrant shades of turquoise and pink, and dangle from large Vintaj brass rings.
The earrings are finished with rosaline pink Czech glass flower beads, which have a rustic Picasso finish around the edges and in their carved centres.
These long earrings have round Vintaj brass earwires, and measure approximately 6 cm from the bottom of the earwire and 7 1/2 cm in total from top to bottom.
