This image was taken along the River Thames at Cheese Wharf near Lechlade in Gloucestershire. The place has this name because in olden days, cheeses from all over Gloucestershire were brought here to be loaded onto barges and taken along the Thames to be sold in London.
The morning was calm and misty and as the golden sun tried to break through the mist, a swan swam slowly past, adding to the sense of peace and tranquility.

A beautiful limited edition (250) photograph of a tranquil, misty dawn on the River Thames near Lechlade in Gloucestershire, UK.
It will be printed on Hahnemühle Photo Luster paper - a 260gsm, smooth, semi-gloss professional paper with long-lasting fade resistant prints guaranteed.
Eight sizes are available to cater for both European and American buyers: A5, A4, A3 and for maximum impact A2; or 7x5 inches, 10x8 inches, 16x12 inches and 20x16 inches. If you would like another size or have any questions then please contact me.
If you would like, a Certificate of Authenticity can be included with the print. This will show the title of the print (Morning on the Thames), the photographer's name (me - Anna Stowe), the paper it is printed on, the copyright date and the edition number. It will be digitally signed and include a thumbnail of the image.
The A5, A4, 7x5 and 12x8 sizes are sent packed flat. The A3, A2, 16x12 and 20x16 sizes will come rolled in a tube. The prints are sandwiched between acid-free paper and every care will be taken to ensure that they reach you crease-free and in perfect condition.
Please note also that the prints come unmounted and unframed - any framed and mounted images are for illustration only.
Please also note that due to differences in monitor and screens calibration, the colours you are seeing may differ slightly to those of the actual print. This is unavoidable, but hopefully you will not be disappointed.
