I usually post Second Class with Royal Mail and aim to dispatch the first working day after the order is placed at the latest. I will contact you if it is to be any different.
Where possible, I use recycled packaging both to keep P and P costs down and for environmental reasons.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Full description
Featuring a little red sailed boat, this mixed media textile card is made using techniques including free motion machine embroidery, painting with dyes and applique.
The embroidered panel is mounted on a co-ordinating printed background which echos the coastal colours in the textile piece.
I have several of these cards, each slightly different, and will list them separately so that you can easily choose your favourite.
I always use good quality cards (300gsm) and matching white envelopes and am mindful of the environment when packaging for postage. This card is C6 size - approximately 10.5cm x 14.8cm.
