READY PRINTED CROCHET PATTERN (not a digital download) to make a Cockerel/Rooster measuring about 8 inches (20cm) tall.
This four page pattern is written in English language with UK Terms and includes an English/Dutch/USA equivalent terms chart.
You will need to know how to (in UK crochet terms) make a magic ring, double crochet, sl st, half treble, treble, chain, fasten off.
You will need:
Suggested Yarn: for the head Sirdar No 1 DK shade 0215 (or Hayfield Bonus Glitter DK shade 234). Patons Smoothie in black for the body. Small amount of red DK yarn. Stylecraft Cabaret DK Ocean for the tail feathers. Embroidery weight or DK yarn in yellow/orange for the beak and in red/yellow for the eye backs.
Hooks sizes 2.5mm, & 2mm (14)
8-9 mm safety eyes. Polyester toy filling.
This can be crocheted in a different yarn (see the two photos of grey/white and brown/white birds), just choose a hook to go with it that gives you a fairly tight, even effect.
This item is professionally printed on 170gsm glossy paper, not photocopied and will be posted to you. UK postage is included in the price.
