I love to use up all the little scraps of silver that are filed or sawn off in making my designs; making the most of every last bit is such a lovely feeling.
Although I already buy 100% recycled silver from my suppliers, the wonderful thing about this precious metal is that you can recycle it over and over. And for these earrings, I get to use up all of those little scraps and offcuts and make one of my most popular, and wearable designs.
These earrings are 15mm creole style hoops (hoops with a little hinge in them to make them easily to put in and take out. The drops are formed by melting 2 equal weights of silver into little freeform ball shapes. The textures and shape of the drops will vary according to how the torch-flame works it's magic, and no two will be the same.
Your earrings will be sent to you with free p&p in a little gift box.
