Full description
This is a stained glass suncatcher made using the Tiffany copper foil technique.
One of my flower heart range. An iris, purple with yellow highlights and strappy green leaves. The flower is enclosed in a heart shape with the surrounding glass in clear, prettily textured glass.
Hanging in the window the Iris heart catches the light and is a very pretty ornament for any room.
The suncatcher hangs from a little chain which is securely attached to the top of the heart which is 12 cm long and 11 cm high.
This item is absolutely unique. I never make two pieces exactly the same, I always use slightly different colours and textures of glass.
