This Beaded Beasties frame will add all the sparkle and shine that you could want in your Christmas/Winter decor and is sure to become an annual favourite!
The holographic silver cellophane background sets the scene and its design of seasonal foliage will shimmer with all the holographic colours as light moves across the surface. The holly wreath is hand cut from old greetings cards and stitched with silver-threaded string. Each leaf is different with highlights of silver, glitter or gems.
The centre is a large snowflake, again from recycled card, around which two dragonflies are chasing. One dragonfly is made with satin finish silver beads and the other uses shiny silver all from an old bracelet. Their wings are printed on acetate. More re-used beads decorate the corners.
The grey box frame is 32cm (12.5 ins) square x 3.3cm deep and has a hanging hook on the back. This unique artwork could easily be displayed throughout the winter season if not year round.
