Full description
A beautifully hand knitted tea pot cosie with a knitted echinacea purpurea 'magnus' flower and pompom on the top. The body of the tea cosie is knitted in a purple and pink amethyst twisted melange yarn, using an all over 1960s retro stem stitch, giving a vertical texture to the cosie. This stitch allows the cosie to fit snugly around the pot, yet with enough ease for a swift removal when a top up is required. The tea pot handle peeps through the side opening so it dosnt get too hot to handle. On top there is a knitted echinacea flower using a hot pink coloured yarn for the double layer of petals and a purple and twisted melange yarn for the large pompom securely sewn onto the centre representing the 'cone' of the echinacea flower.
It fits a standard 4 cup tea pot.
