Here we have a useful arm chair sewing caddy with thread catcher and pin cushion.
It could even be used for crocheting and would make a great gift for the avid needle worker.
This caddy keeps everything in one place and on hand and is great, if like me you like to sit on the sofa in comfort when stitching or crocheting.
Sewn with predominantly pink cotton fabric.
It is quilted using cotton wadding and lined at the back with white tone on tone cotton fabric.
The thread catcher has a length of ribbon that fastens around a button and can hold your thread, buttons, stitch markers or small sewing accessories and is portable.
It has a removable pin cushion that attaches to the main fabric with velcrose.
I've also added decorative measuring ribbon to the pockets, it is to scale so can be used for measuring.
The overall size of the caddy is 8 x 21 inches.
At either end is four short pockets to hold your embroidery bobbins and measure aprox 2 x 2 inches, and four taller pockets for un-picker, scissors, crochet hooks, skeins etc measuring 4 high x 2 inches wide.
Edged with ivory bias binding.
Hand wash recommended.
