About Harris Tweed:
This is a very special fabric unique to the UK and protected by legislation. It has to be:
"Handwoven by the islanders at their homes in the Outer Hebrides,
finished in the Outer Hebrides, and made from pure virgin wool dyed
and spun in the Outer Hebrides."
The Act ensures that all cloth certified with the Harris Tweed Orb symbol complies with this definition and is genuine Harris Tweed, the world’s only commercially produced handwoven tweed.
I love working with this beautiful handmade fabric, and you will find many items made from Harris tweed in my shop.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Luxury heirloom Christmas tree decoration handmade from Harris tweed hand-woven fabric.
I have created this lovely bauble with six segments of fabric, alternating pink and cream herringbone with mottled cream. Each shaped piece is hand-stitched together to make the 3D shape. Then I have decorated the segment seams with sparkling bead ribbon trim, also hand-stitched into place. It is approx. 8.5cm in diameter and comes complete with a silver satin ribbon hanging loop. A small "Orb" label, your guarantee of genuine Harris tweed, is proudly displayed.
This special heirloom bauble is packed in an individual clear box, which can be re-used to store it for year after year. To get your lovely purchase to you quickly and safely I use Royal Mail tracked services. Save on postage for two or more items bought from my shop at the same time.
