Full description
A 12-page zine of my original ink drawings, which were made in November/December 2016.
This zine follows a curious little girl as she explores what it is like to be a tree. Inspired by my love of children's picture books, it has a sweet, simplistic and playful style. I was also enjoying playing with brush marks and textures, so this informed the drawing style a lot too.
Each page has been scanned from the original illustrations. Each zine is printed from my home studio using an inkjet printer, and then trimmed, folded and stapled by hand.
Slightly smaller than A5 size as it was printed/folded from A4 and then trimmed (is approx 14.2 x 20.4 cm / 5.6" x 8").
12 pages (including cover), in black and white throughout. Printed on lovely 100gsm white recycled paper.
Will be posted in a hardback envelope for safe delivery.
