From the Eye of Horus, the All Seeing Eye and even the third eye, Eyes have been used as worship, protection and talismans for thousands of years. And to this day they still hold a mysterious quality.
This is why I wanted to create a range of jewellery using Eyes as the focal point.
I have been using dolls in jewellery and my art projects for many years and I am always looking for new ways to use the different parts of the pieces I have dismantled.
After making a few pieces with eyes taken from old dolls I decided to buy new eyes to make a whole new range.

Full description
This Lapel Eye Pin is hand made from Sterling Silver sheet and measures 20 mm long and is 15 mm wide.
The blue acrylic eye is beautifully set in Royal Blue resin with the eyeball slightly protruding out from the setting.
Soldered to the back of the hand made setting is a factory bought pin and clasp which secures it when pushed into fabric.
This Eye Pin could be worn as a Lapel/Tie/Coat or Scarf Pin.
