Most gemstones worldwide have some form of treatment, such as heat, diffusion or dying to either enhance their colour and clarity or to change the gemstones colour. These processes are recognised forms of treatment by the world's best known jewellery body, the 'Gemoloical Institute of America', referred as the GIA. It is a legal requirement to state any treatments if known. To my best knowledge the amatrine, citrine and amethyst gemstones used have not had any enhanced treatments.

These are dainty earrings and exptional quality Balivian Ametrine, completely untreated and natural in it's colour and only found in one location in the world. Ametrine is a natural mix of amethyst and citrine. It's colour should have zones of each within it, either in definite split formation or hues of both colours when moved around in any light source. I have tried to show the latter in my photographs. There's is currently only one small mine operating bringing up very little quantities. Amatrine is now commanding high prices.
The earrings have been designed and hand crafted using faceted wheel shape ametrine and citrine gemstones with round amethyst gemstones. They are delicate in design and light weight making them perfect for everday wear without being intrusive or uncomfortable. They would make a perfect quality gift for those whom appreciate and value unique genuine gemstone jewellery.
