Full description
This bangle is made from a length of copper wire which has been folded in two and then formed into a loop at one end and a hook at the other. The double strand is wire-wrapped at three points and has been hammered to create a dimpled texture. I can supply the bangle with a choice of two finishes. Please note that the price quoted is for a single bangle and you need to specify the colour on your order. In one bangle, the copper has been oxidised to a darker vintage bronze colour and finished with Renaissance wax to preserve the patina. The other has been left with a natural bright copper finish. If you like I can seal this with metal lacquer to avoid discolouration. Just add a note to your order. The bangles are round in shape and will fit a medium-sized wrist. They can be opened by freeing the hook and easing the wire gently over the hand without bending it too vigorously.
